This is the perfect group for imperfect youth! Why are we called “Change?” Two reasons: 1) We want to see the raw power of God invade our hearts and transform us into the men and women He’s calling us to be.

No more country-club-religious-wannabe-pat-your-self-on-the-back-look-how-great-we-are-churchified youth group.

We want to experience the fire of God personally! And 2) we get all the change that comes in the offering plates! I think #1 has a little more meaning…

So would you fit in to this youth group? Here are the qualifications for coming to VFC youth services:

You must be in 7th - 12th grade. No, your 20-year-old cousin, Billy-Bob, can’t come even if he is a midget.
You must be a human. We’ve had some real problems with a few llamas we let come to our meetings. The spit stains are hard to get out of your clothes.
You must be breathing. Quite honestly, dead youth aren’t much fun and can sometimes stink up the place. Plus, its really awkward explaining to visitors why there’s a corpse sitting next to them.
You must enjoy having fun. We like that here.
You must be open to God’s move in your life. We don’t care what you dress like, what you’ve done in the past or what you’re currently struggling with. If you want Him, He wants you and so do we.

We meet every Wednesday at 7pm to worship with the adults then have our own time of teaching and fun. We also usually have some sort of bible study or activity during the week as well. Be sure and check out our weekly updates to see what’s going on!
