What's so special about VFC?Victory Fellowship is not your average church. At least half of Victory Fellowship's members were not saved or were previously unchurched before arriving at VFC. The life application teaching and hands on approach to ministry provided by the staff and leadership makes VFC a place where people can adapt their lives and their family's lifestyle to the truth of God's word. Our church slogan - "the perfect church for imperfect people" - is representative of VFC's membership. It's a church of genuine people seeking God together without division - you will find professionals sharing the same row with a recovering drug addict. Our services are contemporary and God's presence is commonly felt during times of corporate worship. Striking the balance between a spirit-filled/charismatic tradition and a strong sense of balance and order, Victory Fellowship attracts people who are hungry for God from all walks of life. VFC is a place where people can come and have their needs met for salvation, healing, deliverance, and Christian fellowship. It is also a training center where believers in Jesus Christ can become strong in their faith and learn to serve the Lord. Victory Fellowship Church reaches out to restore the lost and the hurting in our community. At the same time, the church also appeals to those who want to serve the Lord with zeal and be used in a specific ministry area. The church's resolve to focus on solid biblical teaching and practical counseling helps to restore the believer while equipping him or her for the ministry. VFC is dedicated to taking it's place in our Christian community while building strong relationships with other churches and ministries. What We BelieveWe, the members of Victory Fellowship Church & Training Center, declare: That our salvation is acquired solely through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, God's son. We recognize the existence of one God expressed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We recognize and embrace the Holy Bible as God's inspired and infallible Word. We recognize salvation as an event in a person's life that must be received by repenting from sin and personally receiving Jesus Christ as Savior. We believe the power afforded the church in the book of Acts is still available today and we embrace the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as a work of grace to provide power in the life of the believer. We believe all the gifts and ministries written of in the New Testament are still available and to be desired by the church today. We believe in the personal return to this earth of the Lord Jesus Christ. |
